• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address  
• Customer unavailable  
• Refusal to accept delivery  

We reserve the right to cancel the order. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos and your Order ID.
• An unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution.
